Khula joined Chrysalis Capital in August 2023 after having worked for TUHF for more than 11 years; a commercial property lender in the affordable housing space as well as student accommodation. Khula held various positions at TUHF and was in a Sales/Portfolio Manager role at the time of leaving to join Chrysalis. The role encompassed new business development, construction management and portfolio management. She comes with experience in credit risk assessment, deal execution, construction management, market analysis and managing property development loan facilities from inception to exit.
